Dell Moss, the business owner, promotes a professional but personalised approach to service provision and brings with her an experienced and professional team to support the development of support services on the North side; Kym Jones and Andrew Nolan lead the coordination team, both bring extensive community care and coordination experience to assist the Brisbane North community.
