COMMUNITY CARE STAFF

Due to continual growth Just Better Care Northern Suburbs is always looking for community care staff to provide in-home assistance for people who are frail, aged, requiring assistance on discharge from hospital - as well as adults and children living with a disability or short or long term health concern.

Employment is on a casual basis and shifts are offered to fit in with lifestyle and study programs.  From time to time we have requests to provide overnight and live in staff.

We are looking for experienced care workers as well as people with related life skills who live on the Upper and Lower North Shore.  A Basis Skills Community Care Course and Certificate III training is available following a three months probationary period.

Duties Include:
Domestic assistance, transportation and shopping
Personal Care including assistance with showering
Disability assistance sometimes including hoist transfer
Respite for Carers
Dementia Care
