Just Better Care Community Services Ltd is a not for profit company which is part of the Just Better Care Group. It manages funds from the Commonwealth and State governments to deliver exceptional in home care through a number of programs, including:

1.Queensland HACC Program
Gold Coast

The HACC Program is a joint Commonwealth and Queensland Government initiative. It funds basic maintenance and support services to help frail older people and younger people with disabilities to continue living in their community.

2. Attendant Care Provider
Northern Sydney Region and Southern Highlands

The Attendant Care Program is administered in NSW by the Department of Ageing and Disability Home Care (DADHC).

There are three benchmark levels of funding approved. These are based on a needs assessment which identifies the person’s specific needs and goals.

Level 1: The program provides up to 35hours of personal assistance per week
Level 2: This enhanced package is set at the equivalent of up to 50 hours per week of personal assistance
Level 3: This level of enhanced package is set at the equivalent of up to 70 hours per week of personal assistance

3. Pre-Qualified Accommodation Support Services Provider
Sydney, Southern Highlands, Illawarra, Hunter, Far North Coast, NSW

Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) is increasing the range and type of accommodation models which will allow for increased accessibility, flexibility and choice for clients in NSW.

4. Disability Services Queensland
We have successfully completed the approval process required by Disability Services’ legislation.
