Locally Based Offices
The majority of our staff are Community Support Workers, providing care to clients in their homes. Our offices are located within the communities in which we work. This means that our staff can work closely with the Office Coordinators who roster their work, attend team meetings, training or drop in for a cup of coffee when they need support.
Training and Development
Just Better Care values its staff and acknowledges that our staff are our strongest asset. Each office is committed to providing on-going training programs and team meetings which always contain a fun, social component. Certificate III traineeships in Home and Community, Aged Care and Disability Care are available to all Community Support Workers after a qualifying period.
