As a person living with a disability himself, Jason Ballerini has been using personal care organisations for nearly 14 years, and is extremely passionate about delivering and receiving high-quality care services. Jason’s Just Better Care office in Wollongong will specialise in 24-hour assistance, seven days a week services, including overnight services, and will include community support workers, registered nurses and enrolled nurses with all the qualifications to give the full range of support.
 
Jason has a social work degree and has spent the last six years working and managing a disability advocacy organisation to empower people with disabilities to achieve their full potential in the community. Jason also has his Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and has been teaching advocacy, human rights and problem solving at Tafe for the past two years.
 
With a nursing background and having been in the industry for 14 years, Sharyn Simmons also looks forward to delivering high-quality care services to the community. With strong management skills, personal experience and work experience, Jason and Sharyn have the experience and empathy to work with people with disabilities and the aged, to identify needs and match appropriate care services to these.
