Inner West

Welcome to the Just Better Care Inner West office. Our team of office service coordinators and community support workers are committed to providing quality in-home care for people who are frail aged or living with disability or other health concern.  Each member of the team is selected for their experience, professionalism and caring attitude – all have cleared Federal Police Checks and Working with Children Checks.

Over the past year our focus has been on providing training for each member.  We look at the changing needs of clients and set up team meetings, sometimes with a speaker from an outside organisation, to ensure that our team is up-to-date with best care and support practices.  As well we provide Certificate III and Certificate IV training apprenticeships for people who bring life skills and a passion for caring to their work.

As the owners of the business we encourage people to do the things they can do and allow us to support them with things that they can’t - allowing them to remain living in their own home and connected with their local community for as long as possible.

We are just a phone call away should you need support whether for an occasional hour or two, a couple of times a week or 24 hours a day seven days a week.
