At the Ryde Parramatta office of Just Better Care we have a team of dedicated staff who have many years of experience caring for people in their homes.

We understand that there’s no place like home and we work closely with our clients to enable them to enjoy life to the fullest extent possible – doing the things they can and handing over the things they are having difficulty with – or choose not to do. Our scope of support ranges from clients coming home from hospital needing short term help to high care needs for clients living with disabilities.

As pharmacists with over fifty years combined experience in community pharmacy we are aware of the challenges involved when illness strikes. We were among the first pharmacists to offer weekly dosage packs, which help minimize medication errors, to individuals and nursing homes. With this experience we know how important it is for our care staff to be friendly, competent and respectful of your privacy.

We also have first hand knowledge of what it means to be carers and are available to talk through providing respite services and care for your loved one at regular times each week - or now and then at short notice so you can get out and take a break. Our reliable, friendly staff will support you in your role as a carer and take some of the pressure off your day to day tasks.

With more than 50 staff available we have the capacity to provide individualised services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
