STAGES OF ENTRY FOR A PROSPECTIVE FRANCHISEE

- Should you decide to proceed further with your enquiry, complete and submit the Just Better Care Australia on-line Enquiry Form.
- A Just Better Care representative will contact you by telephone to discuss your enquiry and answer your questions.
- Should both parties wish to proceed further you will be posted a Confidential Expression of Interest Form, a Confidentiality Agreement and examples of our hard copy promotional material.
- When you complete and return the above forms they will be reviewed by our Franchise Selection Team. Should you meet our essential criteria you will be invited to a meeting at the Just Better Care franchise office at Balgowlah NSW to see the business in operation and further discuss your territory preference.

To secure the territory of your choice you will be required to pay a refundable deposit of $3300 (including GST). On payment of your deposit you will receive:
*The deposit is refunded in full should you decide not to proceed within
14 days of receiving the documents above.
If you decide not to proceed after 14 days and before the signing of the Franchise Agreement the deposit will be refunded less $1500 which will be retained by Just Better Care to cover reasonable legal and administration costs.

- A financial modelling tool and sufficient data to project your proposed business across a five year period.
- A Just Better Care Australia Disclosure Document
- Pro-forma Franchise Agreement
- Legal Instruction Sheet giving details of your trading entity and names of your legal, financial and business advisors.

A copy of the Franchising Code of Conduct

- Review all documents received to ensure that you are making an informed decision
- Arrange Finance, if necessary.
- Complete the Legal Instruction Sheet and forward it to Just Better Care Australia for preparation of your Franchise Agreement
- Sign the Franchise Agreement and pay Franchise Fee, Training Fee and Opening Promotion Fee.
- Choose your preferred office location and sign the lease following approval of the premises by a Just Better Care representative.
- Attend an initial one week training program at the Just Better Care Franchise Office at Balgowlah NSW. The program will cover how to set up your Just Better Care Office, I.T. and telephone requirements; staff recruitment and start up legislative requirements.
- Spend two weeks fitting out your office and responding to staff applications.
- Attend a second one week training program on how to operate the Just Better Care business model.
- Commence your new Just Better Care business with on-site support from the Just Better Care Franchise Support team.

SELECTION PROCESS
When you apply to become a Just Better Care franchise owner we will carefully evaluate the information you provide.
We’re looking for applicants who not only feel passionate about caring for people in their community, but also have the skills and the financial resources required to start and operate a new business.
Should we feel that a JBC franchise would not suit you, we say so. On the other hand if we believe you have the skills and attributes to become successful franchise owner we will assist you in your discovery process, providing industry information and a financial modelling tool.
