Training
Our initial training program is conducted in three parts. Part One covers how to set up your office to maximize functionality, installation of I.T. and telephone systems and start-up recruitment. Part Two covers the many facets of operating our unique community care model. Part Three is carried out on site when your business begins operating.
Support
Our franchise support team members include specialists in business management, office and field operations, business development, finance and administration, I.T. and tender and policy writing.
Trish Noakes the founder of Just Better Care keeps the JBC group current with industry trends and niche opportunities. As well Trish is spokesperson for the group on a wide range of consumer care issues which ensures that Just Better Care’s voice is heard loud and strong advocating that everyone deserves care provided with dignity and integrity whether for one hour or 24 hours a day.
As a Just Better Care franchise owner you can look forward to regular visits by members of the JBC Franchise Support team to
a) monitor performance based on the JBC Management System and work with you to identify and explore ideas for business growth;
b) provide on-going I.T. and administration guidance; c) research and explore business development opportunities, and assist with preparation of submissions for local, state and commonwealth tenders.
Forums and the Annual Conference
Franchise Owner Forums and the Annual Just Better Care Conference are an important part on the JBC annual calendar of events. At these events, group dynamics build strength, owners have the opportunity to explore ideas, share experiences and encourage one another.
