Specialist training
Everyone’s needs are different. Sometimes specialist training will be required to enable our support workers to provide specific support for someone. Just Better Care encourages the development of special skills.
Instances of this might be learning feeding techniques to enable a client to eat orally rather through a PEG feed, or working with speech therapists to continue the development of verbal skills.
