Locally Based Offices

The majority of our staff are Community Support Workers, providing care to clients in their homes. Our offices are located within the communities in which we work. This means that our staff can work closely with the Office Coordinators who roster their work, attend team support meetings and trainings and drop in for a cup of coffee when they need support.

Training and Development

At Just Better Care we value our staff and acknowledge them as our strongest asset. Each office is committed to providing on-going training programs and team meetings that contain a fun, social component. After a qualifying period,  Certificate III traineeships in Home and Community or Aged Care and Disability Care are available.
