 Just Better Care Northern Beaches commenced on the 22nd February 2005 with the intention to provide quality choices to people needing some assistance to live independently in their own homes.
 
As a Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience working in the community care sector I have always been passionate about making a difference and believe in rights of the individual. Older Australians, people with a disability and their carers deserve the right to choose who will provide support services and what those services will be. They deserve the right to remain living in their own home or a location of their choice and access the community. Living the “good life” should be available to all members of our society and allowing each person to determine what the good life is for them.  
 
Quality support services are dependant on the right staff matched to each individual. Our staff is trained to take a personal, individual approach and work with peoples strengths. Every person needs to feel they still have things to contribute and they are a valued member of society. I believe there is enormous good in the world and through this business I see wonderful things happening every day.
 
We are just a phone call away should you need support whether for an occasional hour or two, a couple of times a week or 24 hours a day seven days a week.
